Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is always a priority.

Due to the nature of decanted fragrance samples and the potential for tampering, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched. All sales are therefore considered final.

However, if there is a genuine issue with your order — such as damage, leakage, missing items, or receiving the incorrect product — please get in touch as soon as possible. I will evaluate and you may be entitled to a refund or replacement order.

Each case will be reviewed individually and I will always do my best to provide a fair resolution.
